The hotel had a great outdoor pool and gym facilities which were enjoyable to use. , the breakfast buffet was fantastic and offered a lot of variety. In terms of location, it was conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat.

The rooms were quite noisy and I could hear the traffic outside and the people in the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the housekeeping staff did not always clean the room thoroughly and sometimes left things undone.

The location of this hotel is ideal, situated right near the University of Zimbabwe campus and the vibrant Arundel shopping centre where there are some great restaurants as well. It's also conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the new dining area. the rooms are beautifully designed with warm interiors, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. the friendly and professional staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
